The Xyleme Customer Summit offers a unique opportunity to come together with other customers and Xyleme’s technology and services experts for two days of education, inspiration, and collaboration.

In addition to educational programming and collaborative round-tables with other customers — both new and established, and spanning a wide range of industries and use cases — you’ll have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with your Relationship Manager and the Xyleme Executive Team, as well as members of our Product Development, Technical and Services Teams

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with and learn from one another — from customer-lead sessions to networking and social events. Who Should Attend?

The Xyleme Customer Summit is designed for both new and established customers, and all experience levels — from day-to-day users and managers to executive leaders and decision makers. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded program, and we will have multiple concurrent sessions available to ensure you and your teams get the most value out of your time with us.

What will be Covered?

Our team is hard at work planning a compelling program covering a range of topics, from back-to-basics fundamentals to how our customers are pushing the envelope and exploring new technologies. Topics will include learning strategies, business processes, content development practices, technical topics and how-to’s, and innovative use cases.

Please arrive Tuesday, September 15th. Wednesday will be a full-day event, and we will wrap up mid-afternoon on Thursday. Feel free to depart Denver Thursday evening, or take advantage of the group rate to enjoy a longer stay.

Event Cost

There will be no cost for the Customer Summit itself.  Attendees are responsible for their travel costs:

  • Airfare
  • Local transportation
  • Lodging (Xyleme’s group rate is $225 per night)
  • Any meals not specifically listed in the Food section below

Transportation will not be provided from Denver International Airport.

  • Taxi: A taxi from Denver International Airport to the Art Hotel takes about 40 minutes and costs approximately $70.

Attendees are responsible for event dinners. There are dozens of restaurants to choose from nearby, and the Art Hotel’s on-site restaurant & lounge, Fire, features a varied menu focusing on local ingredients artfully prepared by their award-winning chef. 

Xyleme will provide the following meals:

  • DAY 1 & 2: Breakfast served at the hotel
  • DAY 1 & 2: Lunch (TBD)
  • DAY 1: Evening light hors de’oeuvres for social gathering
  • Event beverage service: coffee, tea, water
